• Experience in handling RTA / EL / PL claims.
• Knowledge of Pre Action Protocols, CPR, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Claimant Employers Liability and Personal Liability claims.
• Complete necessary investigations and collate evidence.
• Negotiate settlements and draft court documents.
