Job summary

Babcock International runs a two-year Graduate Development Programme in Project Management across the UK. You’ll rotate through four six-month placements, supporting design, delivery planning and major defence programmes.

You’ll build skills in delivery, risk management and stakeholder engagement while working with engineering, finance and procurement colleagues. Placements include Plymouth, Bristol, Warrington, Staverton and Clyde.

Qualifications

• Achieve a 2:2 or above in any degree.
• Willing to obtain BPSS, Security Check (SC) and Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information clearance.
• UK national status may be required for certain programmes.

Responsibilities

• Two-year graduate programme built around four six-month placements across the UK.
• Gain exposure to sectors such as Marine, Nuclear and Land and work with engineering, finance and procurement teams.
• Develop delivery planning, risk management and stakeholder relationships to grow into a project management role.
