Job summary

Babcock offers a two-year Procurement and Supply Chain Management Graduate Programme with four six-month placements across the UK, including Plymouth, Bristol and Warrington, plus Rosyth in Scotland. You’ll learn sourcing, supplier relationships, risk management and data-driven decision making.

From day one you’ll receive structured support, mentorship and masterclasses, culminating in a permanent role within Procurement and Supply Chain and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or on track to achieve.
• Demonstrable interest in procurement or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six‑month placements across the UK to gain broad exposure.
• Develop understanding of source‑to‑contract, category management and supplier relations.
• Participate in leadership development and mentorship throughout the programme.
• Support operational procurement, supplier quality and logistics activities during rotations.
