Job summary
Babcock is offering an Electrical Engineering Graduate Programme across multiple UK locations including Walsall, Bristol and Plymouth. You will rotate through placements every 3–6 months, gaining hands-on experience in electrical, control and instrumentation engineering while progressing toward Chartered Engineer status.

Qualifications
- Achieve a degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and systems.
- Awareness of control and instrumentation concepts is advantageous.
- Interest in submarines, vehicles, ships, or nuclear power projects.
Responsibilities
- Join theElectrical Engineering Graduate Programme and contribute to UK engineering projects.
- Support lifecycle activities from concept design to in-service support and decommissioning.
- Assist in designing wiring harnesses and integrating electrical systems; test components.
- Rotate through placements across locations every 3–6 months.
- Receive structured training and mentorship toward Chartered/Incorporated Engineer status.
- Progress into a permanent role and potential advancement to Senior Engineer.
