Job summary

Babcock International invites you to join its IT Graduate Programme. Over two years you’ll rotate through Strategy and Architecture, Development, PMO, and Business Relationship Management, working on real projects that power our global operations.

You’ll receive structured support, mentorship, and masterclasses while developing skills in data, cyber resilience, and IT strategy. Most placements offer hybrid work across UK hubs, with potential travel between sites.

Qualifications

• You’ll need to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a (Hons) degree in Business or a STEM-related subject.
• Many programmes require BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance; eligibility depends on birthplace, nationality, citizenship, or residency.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure across IT disciplines through structured placements.
• Rotate through core IT areas such as Strategy/Architecture, Development, PMO, and Business Relationship Management.
