Job summary

Babcock International invites applications for its Project Management Graduate Programme. The two-year scheme offers four six-month placements across UK locations including Plymouth, Bristol, Warrington and Staverton, with a project management career path toward PFQ/PMQ and a potential post-programme role as Assistant Project Manager.

Starting salary is £35,000 with location and qualification-based variations; security clearances are required.

Qualifications

• 2:2 or above in any degree
• Graduates with interest in project management
• Security clearances: BPSS, SC and Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information clearance
• Location-based placement within UK incl Plymouth, Bristol, Warrington, Staverton, Clyde

Responsibilities

• Support design and manufacture of cutting-edge technology
• Coordinate large-scale infrastructure upgrades and deadlines
• Assist in shaping delivery plans for defence programmes
• Develop project management skills through four six-month placements
