Job summary

Babcock offers a two-year Project Management Graduate Programme with four six-month placements across the UK, including Plymouth, Bristol, Warrington and Staverton, plus Scotland. You’ll rotate through Marine, Nuclear and Land sectors and receive mentorship to progress toward professional qualifications.

You’ll start with a structured development programme and masterclasses in communication, resilience and personal branding, aiming to lead future projects within the business.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree or above in any discipline.
• Eligible for BPSS, SC and Naval Nuclear Propulsion clearance.
• UK national status is required for this programme.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across Defence, Marine, Nuclear or Land sectors.
• Assist in developing and maintaining delivery plans and schedules.
• Contribute to risk management, governance, and stakeholder updates.
• Build cross-team relationships and develop core project management skills.
