About the Hotel

Our client operates a stunning country 4‑star hotel based in the North Yorkshire Dales, commutable to Leyburn, Darlington & Skipton, offering Rosette dining in their fine dining kitchen.

This beloved hotel, widely regarded as Yorkshire's finest premium country hotel, is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen and develop their craft within a modern, talented team.

With an emphasis on local, seasonal foods cooked using modern and interesting techniques, the latest chefs kit, this is a great opportunity for a career‑minded chef to make a name for themselves in a supportive environment for one of the region's leading independent hotels.

Attributes / Responsibilities
  • Experience working with fresh food, be it in a restaurant, hotel or gastro‑pub.
  • Ideally worked in a fresh‑food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important.
  • Demonstrate at least one year in a similar position – no jumpy chefs here.
  • Own transport ideal due to location; accommodation available if relocating.
  • Desire and attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service and high standards of the kitchen, and bring a sound work ethic: hard work, passion, and desire are attributes the client is looking for.
