Job summary

Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Chef de Partie with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

In this role you will manage your kitchen section, ensure high standards of food presentation, and work with the team to deliver captivating experiences. Previous experience in a 2AA Rosette location or a 4-star hotel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 2AA Rosette location or 4-star hotel.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent leadership skills and communiation skills.
• Experience with food ordering and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Manage your kitchen section to maintain high standards of food presentation.
• Deliver exceptional service with full product knowledge.
• Plan and prepare for service promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Support Head Chef in AA Rosette criteria across areas.
