Job summary

The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Chef de Partie with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

As a Chef de Partie, you will run your section, ensure high standards of presentation, and work with the team to uphold AA Rosette criteria across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent leadership skills and communication skills.
• Experience with food ordering and stock management.
• Previous experience in a 2AA Rosette location or 4 star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of your designated section in the Kitchen, ensuring all food service areas achieve a consistently high standard of food presentation
• Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
• Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
• Assist the Head Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas
