Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group’s The Chancery Rosewood seeks a Chef de Partie to own a kitchen section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards and hygiene is exemplary.

You will mentor Demi and Commis Chefs, uphold HACCP and allergen controls, and work with colleagues across the hotel to deliver a consistent, guest‑centred dining experience that reflects our Sense of Place philosophy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
• Ability to train and develop junior kitchen staff

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned kitchen section and ensure it is prepared, organized and efficient during service
• Lead your section during service to maintain timing, quality and presentation
• Prepare and deliver dishes to high standards following recipes and specifications
• Train, supervise and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs
• Maintain knowledge of allergens and apply HACCP and safety standards across the kitchen
