Rosewood Hotel Group’s The Chancery Rosewood seeks a Chef de Partie to own a kitchen section, deliver high-quality dishes, and uphold exceptional hygiene and safety standards. You will mentor Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs while collaborating with the wider team across the hotel to maintain the Rosewood “Sense of Place” philosophy.

You will ensure accurate execution of recipes, allergen awareness, and consistent presentation, contributing to a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a professional kitchen is essential.
• Thorough understanding of food hygiene, allergens, HACCP and safe working practices.
• Ability to train and develop Demi/Chefs and Commis Chefs.
• Commitment to operating standards and high-quality presentation.

Aufgaben

• Own your kitchen section and ensure it is prepared, organised and efficient before service.
• Lead your section during service, coordinating timing and presentation standards.
• Prepare and deliver dishes with precision following recipes and presentation sheets.
• Train and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs in techniques and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu allergens and apply hygiene and safety requirements.
• Uphold HACCP, COSHH and hotel procedures for a clean and safe kitchen.
