Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is seeking a Room Service Team Leader to supervise In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge operations, coaching staff and maintaining luxury service standards.

You will coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and front office to ensure timely, accurate orders and resolve guest concerns. Prior hotel room service or F&B supervision experience is preferred. Park Plaza offers extensive employee benefits and career growth opportunities.

Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is one of our largest hotels with 645 bedrooms, with very busy In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge operations.

The Room Service Team Leader supports the overall operations of the In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge service, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising team members, assisting with staff training, maintaining operational standards, and resolving guest concerns. The Room Service Team Leader plays a key role in delivering a seamless and luxurious room service experience.

As our Assistant Room Service and Executive Lounge Manager, you will receive:

• Salary: £14.89 per hour plus service charge (Up to £17.50/hour including SC)
