This role involves supervising team members, assisting with staff training, maintaining operational standards, and resolving guest concerns.

Room Service Manager, who:

• Assists the Food and Beverage Management in overseeing the daily operations of the in-room dining and Executive Lounge department


• Inspires, coaches and mentors team members


• Focuses on team training and development, customer satisfaction, health & safety


• Coordinates with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders


• Handles guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally


• Manages inventory, supplies, and equipment needed for room service and executive lounge operations


• Assists with scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties as needed


• Monitors performance metrics and suggests improvements to processes and service standards


• Has previous experience as an In-Room Dining Team Leader/Supervisor,


• Guest Relations Manager, Room Service Manager or
