PPHE Hotel Group is seeking an Executive Lounge Team Leader for Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel. Lead the Executive Lounge and In-Room Dining team to deliver luxurious service and seamless room experiences.

You will train staff, supervise operations, coordinate with kitchen and front office, and resolve guest concerns while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience as a supervisor in Room Service / In-Room Dining or Executive Lounge in a hotel.
• Strong focus on staff development and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and front office teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Executive Lounge Team; monitor service standards.
• Train staff and manage guest feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and front office for timely orders.
• Assist with rotas, payroll and admin duties as needed.

The Executive Lounge Team Leadersupports the overall operations of the In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge service, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising team members, assisting with staff training, maintaining operational standards, and resolving guest concerns.The Executive Lounge Team Leaderplays a key role in delivering a seamless and luxurious room service experience.

• Inspires, coaches and mentors team members
• Focuses on team training and development, and guests’ satisfaction
• Coordinates with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Handles guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
• Manages inventory, supplies, and equipment needed for room service and executive lounge operations
• Assists with scheduling rotas, payroll, and administrative duties as needed
• Has previous experience as aRoom Service (In Room Dining) Supervisor / Team Leader, Executive Lounge Supervisor / Team Leaderor Food and Beverage Supervisor/ Team Leaderin a hotel
