Job summary

Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel is seeking a Room Service (In-Room Dining) Waiter/Waitress to deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms with a focus on courtesy and accuracy.

You will work mainly 3 pm to 11:30 pm, providing friendly service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Prior room service experience is preferred and you will join a team known for professional service and guest care.

• Previous experience as a Room Service Waiter/Waitress.
• Fully flexible to work on a rota (mainly 3 pm to 11:30 pm shift).

• Delivers food and beverages to guest bedrooms promptly and courteously.

As the friendly face of the 494 guest bedrooms, 6 Meeting and Events spaces, and Florentine Restaurant and Bar at the stylish Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge with spectacular views across London.

The key role for you as our Room Service (In-Room Dining) Waiter/Waitress, you lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

• Salary: £13.54 per hour plus service charge - Up to £15.50/hr inclusive of SC
