Job summary

Crerar Hotels is hiring a Room Attendant to uphold high cleanliness standards across our hotels in Scotland and the Lake District. You will prepare guest rooms, assist with laundry, and ensure guest supplies are stocked, reporting any issues to the Head Housekeeper. A professional appearance and strong customer service mindset are essential.

The role requires flexibility across days and a collaborative approach to deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Assist with laundry and linen distribution.
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities.
• Report lost property or damaged items to Head Housekeeper.
• Clean corridor areas within assigned section and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Head Housekeeper.

Reliability, excellent personal presentation, and a passion for customer service are essential. The role requires you to work flexibly across various days of the week. You will prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms, assist with laundry and linen distribution, and replenish guest supplies. Additionally, you will report any lost property or damaged items to the Head Housekeeper and ensure housekeeping cupboards are well-stocked. In your role, you'll also clean corridor areas within your assigned section, follow all health and safety guidelines, and complete any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper. A collaborative approach and the ability to work under pressure will help you succeed in this dynamic role.
