Job summary

Crerar Hotels is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain high cleanliness standards across our hotels in Scotland and the Lake District. You will prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms, assist with laundry, replenish supplies, and report issues to the Head Housekeeper.

The role requires reliability, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work flexibly across days. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a hotel housekeeper preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work flexibly across days of the week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Assist with laundry and linen distribution.
• Replenish guest supplies and report lost property or damaged items to Head Housekeeper.
• Keep housekeeping cupboards stocked.
• Clean corridor areas within assigned section.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Complete any other duties as requested by Head Housekeeper.

You will prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms, assist with laundry and linen distribution, and replenish guest supplies. Additionally, you will report any lost property or damaged items to the Head Housekeeper and ensure housekeeping cupboards are well-stocked. In your role, you'll also clean corridor areas within your assigned section, follow all health and safety guidelines, and complete any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper. A collaborative approach and the ability to work under pressure will help you succeed in this dynamic role.
