Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to uphold high standards of cleanliness across our Scotland and Lake District properties. You’ll prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms, assist with laundry, and ensure guests have a superb stay.

The role offers an hourly rate of £12.71, with the chance to develop within a hotel group that prioritises staff welfare and career progression. Flexibility across days is essential to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a hotel housekeeper is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
• Flexibility to work across various days of the week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms and replenish supplies.
• Assist with laundry and linen distribution.
• Report lost property and damaged items to the Head Housekeeper.
• Clean corridor areas in the assigned section and keep housekeeping cupboards stocked.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and perform any other duties as required.

You will prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms, assist with laundry and linen distribution, and replenish guest supplies. Additionally, you will report any lost property or damaged items to the Head Housekeeper and ensure housekeeping cupboards are well-stocked. In your role, you'll also clean corridor areas within your assigned section, follow all health and safety guidelines, and complete any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper. A collaborative approach and the ability to work under pressure will help you succeed in this dynamic role.
