Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the team, uphold our high cleanliness standards and attention to detail across guest rooms and public areas.

You will manage daily operations within budget, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate with the hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Salary £30,000 per year with Wagestream, YuLife, Echo, career development, staff discounts and our scenic locations in Scotland and the Lake District.

Your key duties will include managing the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong communication with the hotel team. With your leadership skills and passion for maintaining a pristine environment, you’ll ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience throughout their stay.
