Job summary

Crerar Hotels Group is inviting applications for a Room Attendant role in our Scotland hotels. You will prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms, assist with laundry, replenish supplies, and report any issues to the Head Housekeeper. Flexibility across days and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential.

Applicants with prior hotel housekeeping experience are preferred, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are equally important for delivering high standards of cleanliness and service.

Reliability, excellent personal presentation, and a passion for customer service are essential. The role requires you to work flexibly across various days of the week. You will prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms, assist with laundry and linen distribution, and replenish guest supplies. Additionally, you will report any lost property or damaged items to the Head Housekeeper and ensure housekeeping cupboards are well-stocked. In your role, you'll also clean corridor areas within your assigned section, follow all health and safety guidelines, and complete any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper. A collaborative approach and the ability to work under pressure will help you succeed in this dynamic role.
