Job summary

Crerar Hotels in Scotland invites you to join our welcoming reception team. As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact, delivering high-quality service and handling guest enquiries with courtesy.

This role requires a friendly, professional presence and strong communication skills to ensure memorable guest experiences. We offer opportunities across our hotels in Scotland and the Lake District, with onboarding to CRM and booking systems, daily banking tasks, and a supportive team

Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality service, managing guest enquiries, answering calls, handling daily banking tasks, and working with hotel booking and CRM systems. With a quick learning ability and confidence in upselling the hotel’s amenities, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.
