Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to uphold our high cleanliness standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role requires experience as a hotel housekeeper or a strong work ethic with attention to detail, reliability, and excellent presentation.

Qualifications

• Prefer previous experience as hotel housekeeper, but strong work ethic and attention to detail are equally important.
• Reliability, excellent personal presentation and passion for customer service are essential.
• Role requires flexibility to work across various days of the week.
• Duties include preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms, assisting with laundry and linen distribution, replenishing supplies, reporting issues to the Head Housekeeper.
• Maintain cupboards and clean corridor areas; follow health and safety guidelines; perform other duties as requested by Head Housekeeper.

In your role, you'll also clean corridor areas within your assigned section, follow all health and safety guidelines, and complete any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper. A collaborative approach and the ability to work under pressure will help you succeed in this dynamic role.
