Job summary

Crerar Hotels in Scotland is seeking a Head Housekeeper to inspire and lead a housekeeping team, uphold our high cleanliness standards, and oversee daily operations within budget.

You will ensure rooms and public areas are impeccably presented, maintain regulatory compliance, and communicate effectively with the hotel team to deliver outstanding guest experiences across our hotels from the Scottish Highlands to coastal escapes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping team or supervisory role.
• Strong eye for detail and standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work within budgets and manage priorities.

With your leadership skills and passion for maintaining a pristine environment, you'll ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience throughout their stay.
