We are seeking an exceptional rota nanny to care for a 10-month-old child in a fully staffed household in Knightsbridge, London. This is a 24/7 rota position, with the nanny living in during on‑duty periods and fully off between rotations. The role requires a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to continuity of care, and is available to start as soon as a suitable candidate is found, with flexibility for the right person.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience caring for babies and a strong understanding of early childhood development, including nutrition, weaning, sleep routines, and gentle structure‑building. You should be confident supporting a child’s milestones through engaging, age‑appropriate play and thoughtful interaction, while maintaining calm, consistent routines that adapt naturally as the child grows. A warm, nurturing approach is essential, alongside the ability to anticipate the child’s needs and provide attentive, intuitive care.

As this is a fully staffed household, the nanny must be comfortable working collaboratively with another rota nanny and household staff, ensuring smooth handovers and consistency of care. The family is seeking someone professional, discreet, and reliable, who takes pride in their role and is confident managing sole charge during their on‑rotation periods.

This is a long‑term opportunity for an experienced career rota nanny who enjoys working within a structured, supportive household environment and is committed to providing high‑quality, developmentally focused care. Interviews are ongoing for a flexible start date.
