Job summary

Innovo Global Talent is seeking a Robotics Sales Engineer to drive growth across the UK South and Ireland. The role focuses on identifying and converting opportunities in industrial automation and robotics, working with end users, OEMs and SIs to expand market presence in Life Sciences & Pharma sectors.

You will build long-term relationships, develop a territory growth plan, and deliver compelling technical solutions and proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales in robotics or related tech.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and developing new business.
• Experience selling complex technical solutions to industrial customers.
• Strong understanding of robotics, automation and manufacturing tech.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop sales activity across the assigned territory.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new robotic automation opportunities.
• Build relationships with End Users, OEMs and Systems Integrators.
• Promote the full portfolio of robotic solutions and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular forecasts and reports.
