Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking an Associate Product Support Specialist to support joint replacement procedures, including MAKO robotics. The role focuses on servicing clinical customers and coordinating training and events to ensure procedural excellence.

This field-based position covers the South Wales & West Midlands region, with a weekly travel pattern and strong teamwork emphasis. Weekend work is possible with TOIL in the same week.

Qualifications

• Theatre experience or training in a medical environment preferred.
• Biology/science knowledge essential.
• Computer skills – MS Office, Excel.
• Presentation skills with modern media and workshop/demo abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Segmenting CT scans for MAKO PKA cases across the region.
• Servicing existing and new customer base within theatre and clinical environments.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries (after training).
• Supporting training for HCP staff.
• Working with the regional team to ensure best-in-class customer service.
