Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking an Associate Product Support Specialist to service and support our clinical customers in Joint Replacement procedures, including MAKO robotic surgery.

You will work with the local team to coordinate training and events, handle day-to-day administration, and ensure the delivery of best-in-class service. The role is based in the South Wales & West Midlands region with a salary range and incentives.

Qualifications

• Theatre experience or training in a medical environment preferred.
• Industry background advantageous but not required.
• Biology/science/human anatomy knowledge is essential.
• Computer skills - MS Office, Excel etc.
• Presentation skills with modern presentation media.
• Workshop/product demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

• Segment CT scans for MAKO PKA cases across the region.
• Servicing existing and new customer base within theatre and clinical environment.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries (trained).
• Supporting training for HCP staff.
• Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class service.
• Auditing Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments) and asset management.
