Job summary

Stryker United Kingdom seeks a Product Specialist to support the Joint Replacement business in the North-West by promoting hip and knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and optimizing customer service. You will provide frontline clinical and technical support during Mako procedures and train staff on robot setup and pre-operative planning.

Responsibilities

• Promote hip and knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and optimize customer service.
• Provide frontline clinical and technical support to surgeons and staff during Mako procedures.
• Train and guide surgeons and hospital staff in the use of Stryker’s Mako robot and pre-operative planning.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Field Service for maintenance.
• Develop knowledge of Stryker implants and applications to support case coverage.
