Job summary

Stryker United Kingdom is seeking an Associate Product Support Specialist to service and support clinical customers in joint replacement procedures, including MAKO robotic surgery. The role focuses on procedural excellence, training coordination, and day-to-day administration to ensure outstanding service.

You will work with the South Wales & West Midlands team, travel within the region, and may work one weekend day per month with TOIL in the same week.

Qualifications

• Theatre experience or training in a medical environment preferred.
• Biology/science knowledge essential.
• Computer skills – MS Office, Excel etc.
• Presentation skills with modern media.

Responsibilities

• Segment CT scans for MAKO PKA cases across the region.
• Servicing existing and new customer base within theatre and clinical environments.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacements.
• Supporting training for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class service.
• Auditing stock and supporting asset management.
