Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Product Support Specialist to service and support Joint Replacement procedures, including MAKO robotic surgery, within the UK South Wales & West Midlands region.

The role focuses on clinical customer support, training coordination, and day-to-day administration to ensure exceptional service. Expect field-based work with significant travel and a weekend TOIL arrangement.

Qualifications

• Theatre environment experience or medical setting preferred.
• Biology/science knowledge is essential.
• Computer skills include MS Office and Excel.
• Presentation and workshop demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

• Segmenting CT scans for MAKO PKA cases across the region.
• Servicing existing and new customer base within theatre and clinical environment.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries (once trained).
• Supporting training for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class service.
• Auditing stock and supporting asset management.
• Understanding clinical applications of Stryker products to offer optimal solutions.
• Communicating product features and clinical benefits to customers.
