Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Associate Product Support Specialist to support MAKO and joint replacement procedures in the UK, collaborating with the South Wales & West Midlands team. The role includes training coordination, admin tasks, and ensuring exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have theatre or medical environment experience, biology knowledge, and strong MS Office skills. Availability for one weekend per month is expected with TOIL compensation.

Qualifications

• Theatre experience or training in a medical environment is preferred.
• Biology/science knowledge is essential.
• MS Office and Excel skills are required.
• Industry background is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Segmenting CT scans for MAKO PKA cases across the region.
• Servicing existing and new customer base within theatre and clinical environments.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries (once trained).
• Supporting training for HCP staff.
• Collaborating with Regional Sales Manager to maintain best-in-class customer service.
• Auditing Stryker stock and asset management practices.
• Understanding clinical applications to offer optimal solutions.
• Communicating product features and clinical applications clearly.
• Maintaining ethics and integrity in all interactions.
• Managing time independently and seeking learning opportunities.
• Developing understanding of local healthcare and regional strategy.
• Taking on additional duties as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
