Job summary

Stryker in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Support Specialist for Manual & Robotic applications. You will provide frontline clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff, guiding robotic-assisted and manual procedures.

The role requires training surgeons in Mako robot use, pre-operative planning, and close collaboration with the Sales and Field Service teams to ensure outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level is advantageous.
• Experience in a related field is desirable.
• Market knowledge and Medical Background preferred especially within Physiotherapy - MSK.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff before, during and after surgical procedures.
• Train and guide surgeons and hospital staff in the use of Stryker's Mako robot, including setup and intra-operative activities.
• Prepare pre-operative CT scans and assist with implant planning, sizing and positioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the robot.
• Collaborate with Field Service team to ensure maintenance and issue resolution.
• Develop expertise on Stryker implants and robot applications for various coverage types.
