Job summary

Stryker Associate Product Support Specialist in the United Kingdom focuses on supporting MAKO robotic procedures and joint replacement services for clinical customers. The role covers training, accurate CT segmentation, and close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Theatre experience or training in a medical environment preferred.
• Industry background advantageous but not required.
• Biology/science/human anatomy knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Segmenting CT scans for MAKO PKA cases across the region.
• Servicing existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries.
• Supporting training for HCP staff.
• Working closely with team members within the defined region and the Regional Sales Manager.
