About us

What you’ll do

This permanent role is based in the South London and Surrey region, covering Epsom, Brixton, Streatham, Wandsworth, Putney, Brentford, Hounslow, Egham, Surbiton, Cobham, Tadworth, Leatherhead and Chertsey.

You will work 40 hours, four days a week with a shift pattern that starts between 7 am and 8 pm Monday to Sunday. Overtime is available.

Using a Green Flag vehicle, you will assist customers having their vehicle out of fuel, a tyre repair/change or a new battery. You will diagnose the problem, choose the correct solution and help the customer get back on the move.

What you’ll need
  • To be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
  • A current Category B driving licence
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar light vehicle maintenance accreditation (preferred)
  • Demonstrate empathy and the desire to achieve the correct outcome
  • Experience in the motor repair industry
  • Experience of lone working (desirable)
  • Apply up‑to‑date vehicle repair techniques and best practice Health & Safety behaviours
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to improve the customer claims journey
  • Use self‑initiative and a proactive attitude
Who you’ll work with
