Job summary

RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician in the Warrington area. With a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and 2+ years’ experience, you will diagnose faults, perform roadside repairs, and support members back on the road.

You’ll start and finish on your driveway, work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime. RAC provides a van, tools, fuel card and full uniform from day one.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Get members back on the road with quick, confident solutions.
