Job summary

Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician. You’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK, starting and finishing each day at home with around 40 hours per week and optional overtime.

You’ll need Level 2 maintenance, 2+ years' post-qualification experience, a customer-focused approach, and a full UK driving licence. RAC provides a van, fuel card, uniform, tools, and diagnostic kit.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), with at least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• A customer-focused approach
• A full UK driving licence

Responsibilities
