RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to diagnose faults and perform expert roadside repairs, ensuring members are back on the road quickly and safely. You’ll work across the UK, delivering diagnostic support and emergency breakdown help with a focus on customer reassurance.

You’ll join a structured development pathway, gaining IMI accreditation and ongoing learning, with demand-led shifts and potential overtime. A strong incentive package backs your hard work and growth.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose faults and perform expert roadside repairs using diagnostic tools.
• Deliver vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Work independently to diagnose faults, solve problems and help members continue their journeys safely.
