RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to diagnose faults and perform mechanical roadside repairs across the UK. You’ll work independently, delivering quick, confident solutions and reassuring members in their moments of breakdown.

The role combines technical diagnostics with strong customer service, using the latest tools and equipment. Training and accreditation opportunities are available within a structured development pathway.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• OR 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsabilités

• Provide mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics across the UK.
• Diagnose faults and deliver quick, confident solutions for members.
• Use diagnostic technology to identify faults and get drivers back on the road.
