Job summary

RAC is hiring a Roadside Technician to service members across the UK. You’ll operate from home, respond to roadside breakdowns, perform diagnostics and repairs, and deliver exceptional customer service while representing a trusted 125+ year brand.

You’ll hold a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification, have at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, a full UK driving licence, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Customer-focused approach and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mobile roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support.
• Handle faults and provide quick, confident solutions at the roadside.
• Start and finish each shift from home and manage calls for RAC members.
