Job summary

RAC Motoring Services is seeking a Superflex Roadside Patrol to provide expert mechanical roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You will diagnose faults, solve problems, and ensure members stay safe and on the road.

The role includes varied shifts, evenings, weekends and peak periods, with training and a development programme through IMI accreditation and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Work independently to diagnose faults, solve problems and help members continue their journeys safely.
• Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic technology and get members back on the road quickly and safely.
