Job summary

RAC Motoring Services is seeking a Superflex Roadside Patrol technician to diagnose faults and deliver rapid, expert mechanical roadside repairs across the UK. You’ll work with the latest diagnostic tools to keep members moving and safe, while providing excellent customer service and reassurance on every call.

The role offers varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and peak periods, with development support and opportunities to progress within RAC.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform roadside repairs using diagnostic tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear explanations to members.
• Work independently to diagnose faults and keep members safe and on their journeys.
