Job summary

RAC is hiring a Roadside Technician in the UK. You will diagnose and repair vehicles at the roadside, handle diagnostics, and provide emergency breakdown support across the country. Start and finish on your driveway, with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit provided.

Requires a Level 2 qualification and 2+ years' post-qualification experience. You will be part of the Patrol division, enjoying a realistic OTE and benefits while working shifts averaging 40

Qualifications

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' post-qualification technical experience
• Customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills
• UK driving licence required

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK
• Diagnose faults and perform roadside repairs under pressure
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to RAC members
