Job summary

Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician. You’ll tackle roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdowns across the UK, starting and finishing from home with your RAC van, fuel card and full uniform provided.

Role requires Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance or 2+ years’ experience (or 5+ years as a Technician/Mechanic) and a full UK driving licence. Competitive base pay of £36,400 with realistic £60k OTE and optional overtime.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years' experience
• Alternatively 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Start and finish your day at home, with RAC van, fuel card and full set of tools provided.
