• Must have relevant RGN Qualification or Dual Registered RGN / RMN.
• Active NMC PIN number required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in care essential.
• Supervisory / management experience is necessary.

• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents.
• Meet and exceed regulatory and contractual standards.
