St Austell Brewery is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a pub on the outskirts of Exeter, driving guest satisfaction and team performance. You will steer service delivery, oversee food quality, and manage front and back of house during peak times.

You will nurture staff development, maintain cash controls, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while supporting the long-term goal of progressing to General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role leading a hospitality team.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent guest service mindset with a focus on first impressions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the General Manager's absence and ensure smooth operations.
• Create a warm welcome for guests and maintain high service standards.
