• Experience in leading teams in a similar pub/brand environment.
• Ability to drive standards and guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
