St Austell Brewery is seeking an ambitious Deputy General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our South West venues.

You will work closely with the General Manager, developing a high‑performing team, driving sales and profitability while upholding food quality and safety standards. This role offers a clear path toward a General Manager position within a supportive, family‑owned business.

Qualifications

• Previous senior hospitality management experience.
• At least two years' experience as an Assistant Manager within a large turnover hospitality business.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to progress towards a future General Manager role.
