St Austell Brewery is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader to act in the General Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences across its pubs and venues. You will inspire a diverse team and maintain high service standards while managing cash and admin tasks.

With a focus on staff development and a clear pathway to GM, you will contribute to delivering excellent food and drink experiences, while upholding health and safety across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team and delivering high service standards.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage peak times.
• Strong focus on health and safety and cash handling.
• Able to mentor staff and support career development.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and oversee team when General Manager is away.
• Create a warm guest welcome and ensure consistent service.
• Monitor customer feedback and drive improvements.
• Support Front and Back of House during busy periods.
• Oversee quality food production and Kitchen Team coordination.
• Manage admin and cash processes when GM is absent.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and policies.
