Job summary

VWFS UK in Wolverton is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and its committees. You will collaborate with the Risk Control team, Senior Management, and the Board of Management to produce high-quality risk reporting through accurate, timely data and well-prepared committee packs.

Key duties include preparing agendas, minute-taking, distributing packs, maintaining Terms of Reference, planning meeting

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Automotive finance or banking industries.
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential for minute taking and committee packs.
• Ability to understand multi-threaded arguments and draw clear conclusions.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas in consultation with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and ensures data accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces minutes that reflect confidential discussions and decisions.
• Manages risk committees meeting schedules and business calendars.
• Maintains Terms of Reference for material risk committees and ERC.
